Y'all, there is no harm in helping. While I agree that we should not WRITE the paper/do homework/finish an assignment for a student, if you have a minute to spare to answer an interview question, please do.
There was no such thing as AN when I was a student. If I were a nursing student today, I wouldn't hesitate to ask the opinions of nurses on this forum. I remember how hard it was to juggle full time school, working every weekend, working every holiday and still try to maintain a relationship with my husband as well as my friends. IT WAS HARD!
I am not advocating for members on this forum to do the work for a student; that serves no valid purpose. I AM however, advocating that we support these students as much as we can. If you see a question that you feel is appropriate for you to answer, then take a few minutes to answer. If the question is a 'no brainer' question that you see constantly from the same member, then just ignore it. They will either sink or swim.
Many of you will view me as a bleeding heart. So be it. I just want to be supportive when I can.
