need info about radiation

hi

i have a patient who is receiving radiation therapy to treat lung cancer. i have never worked in oncology unit and i dont know much about it other than what i've learned in class. so what are the side effects of radiation therapy? does it hurt a lot when she receives radiation? thanks much:redbeathe:redbeathe:redbeathe
