I am getting ready to go into nursing. I am wondering what is it that makes nursing school so hard? Is it the fact that students have to premedical training, the amount of info you need to learn? I am just trying to understand what make the course and training so difficult(from what I have heard)? Thanks

The sheer volume of information you have to understand, memorizing is out the window, this is understand a concept so you can answer a myriad of questions where none are the same yet they all relate to one thing. Class moves quickly often times lecture can end up ahead of the exam schedule which can get confusing, it rough but not impossible :)

I think nursing school is more difficult that liberal arts classes for most people because it's not enough to just memorize and spit back out information. You have to be able to prove you know how to apply that information. Exams are not knowledge based, and have alot more critical thinking questions on them than liberal arts classes typically would have.
