Need your help!

Hi everyone, I need your help. Does anyone know the email address of the California Board of Nursing? I have searched through their website (http://www.rn.ca.gov) and I cannot find their email address. You see, I have to make some correction with regards to my name, theres actually a missing letter in my first name in both my Notice of Receipt as well as in my ATT, and maybe it would cause some trouble for my NCLEX exam soon. I have asked the pearsonvue here in asia and they advised me to contact my BON. I have already scheduled for my exam and I need to contact the Cali BON soon to avoid messing things up. I have tried a million times to call the B.O.N's office (916 322 3350), usually staying up sooo late or waking up sooo early in the morning because of the time difference but to no avail. Its frustrating and SOO expensive to make an international call, only to be answered by a voice machine. :(

Can anyone help? It would be highly appreciated. Thank you very much
