Need help! regarding Australia and application

i was given a Confirmation of enrollment(COE) for the course Bachelor of Nursing in a University in NSW, So i then lodged my student visa application. After 2 weeks the University emailed me saying that my place/slot for the july commencement has been closed. they gave me 3 options.:mad:

1. Defer to Feb 2011.

2. Refund everything he's paid to the Uni. I'm assuming this doesn't include visa application fees that i have already spent.

3. For now, take an english program which will be credited for 2011.

It's really unfair that they've done this because of all the hardships and expenses that was a result of their COE.

what should i do?is there any way that i could still commence in july 2010 with the same plan taking up the bachelor of nursing?
