Need help NYC Nursing jobs

HI! so I'm a 3 year nurse who has been working in pediatric medsurge trying to break into emergency room or any type of job in New York City, I've applied to over 15 jobs so far, and have yet to hear back, is there any advice on how to hear back from recruiters I feel like I have a really good resume with experience but I'm not hearing back much! Also applied to Presbyterian and they said I was no longer under review even though I met all their requirement materials so I'm not sure what that is about either! Is there a better way to get my resume out there besides the job board, I don't have a linked in at all! Any advice would be helpful at this point

Have you only applied to private hospitals?

Have you been to hiring events?

NYC HHC has recruitment events just about weekly and hire on the spot. Don't waste your time just applying online. majority of hiring is done the recruitment events
