Can anyone recommend a book that I can use for nursing diagnosis? My instructors are completely nailing me for my nursing diagnosis. I am gathering all data from my patients and prioritizing but I'm never right. My instructors are always giving low scores because they don't agree with me or I'm missing the correct interventions or timing is not appropriate. I'm just losing it here...

Have you reached out to your instructors for assistance?
I will tomorrow. She honestly scares the living poop out of me but I will go in to see her tomorrow.

This is the school nurse forum. There is an entire book filled with nursing dx, I just can't remember the name of it.

I used Nursing Diagnosis: An Evidence-Based Guide to Planning Care. I used the 10th edition, but here is a link to the newest edition:
