Need help in Licensure Registration Process

Hi, do you guys know if my mom can use her credit card to pay for the NCLEX registration fees and process the application to take the test all through out for me as well? I'm based in the Philippines and she's living in the US. I want to apply for myself but don't have a credit card. Is that setup doable? Thanks!

I have changed title as you are not applying for NCLEX registration but licensure to be a RN in the US of which NCLEX is just a part of that application.

There is no reason why you do not make your application and use your parents credit card details for payments. You will need to sign application forum
