I really hope that one of you computer experts out there can help me. I just bought the Taber's Medical Dictionary for my PDA (Tungsten E2). I've installed several things before, but this was really complicated. It seemed that I finally got the thing on my PDA (an icon showed up) but I can't open it. When I try, it tells me that I need to install the "skyscape shared libraries" to proceed. It also says that I can find instructions for doing so in the manual. I can't find a manual anywhere and I don't know what to do. I tried to contact the customer supprt, but it will be 24-48 hours before they can get back to me. Do any of you know what I need to do?
Thanks!

:angryfire i am so frustrated! i've never had problems installing sortware before. scyscape support finally emailed me back and told me to do what i had already done. i thought i made it clear in my email that i had already gone through the appropriate steps for installing the software. grrrrr! now i have to wait for them to email me back and hope they have an answer. it would be so much better if i could actually call and talk with someone from support. imagine that!
