Need Help...information on selecting the best online microbiology course!!

I have read a lot about the different online micro classes but most are in past years. I know modern technology has greatly improved and science is not my strongest asset!! With that said any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I know that Ocean County is expensive... but does anyone have any experience with that college and course recently?

I took Microbiology online at Edukan. 8 weeks and the price was right!

Can you give details...how much time and how detailed was the course? Science is not my strongest suit!! I need easier ha if there is such a thing!

I worked about 2 hours everyday on the course. I had been out o school over 30 years and got a B+ in the class. Virtual lab takes getting use to but if I can do it, you can do it!

Also can you tell me how the proctoring works if you do not go to a facility that would monitor the test?

wow! Microbiology online! Hard to imagine how to do the lab work online! I guess the main thing to learn though is the identification and one could do that from pics online. I must say I don't use a microscope much in my nursing role. ;0) Although, a loooooooong time ago we checked our own slides from pelvic swabs and only sent the cultures to lab. But, I don't know think anyone is still doing that. Best of luck! Study hard! Nursing is a great field!

So when you took the course did Edukan use BioSig Id ? How long has it been since you took the course?
