I don't have pictures, but can go about describing it.  I had an MD I work with look and he believed it was a benign condition that can affect teenagers, but he couldn't remember the name of the condition.  Teenage African American female.  Appears as round demarcated area with multiple folicular-looking papules inside each area.  Multiple spots up and down arms and on back.  Multiple sizes.  No color change, noticeable erythema, or edema,  No lesions or pustules..  No pruritus.  Also no fevers.  She had a URI today, but noted the spots had been present for months.  The MD just recommended lotion as the skin did appear a little dry.  Any thoughts?

Sounds like a fungal problem.  I like Betamethasone / Clotrimazole (lotrisone) on suspected fungal issues.  I've also had several patients, who don't like medication, use sulfur soap, it cuts down on candida.
