I have to write a paper(case study) on what advise a health care provider would tell parents of a child going to public school for the first time. What advise to help the child be successful. Where can I find this kind of information? Thanks,Heather:clown:

The advice could vary based on geographic area. For example, a child attending public school in the center of an urban city would be different than a child attending school in a small, rural town. Try calling some local family doctor's offices and ask to speak with the NP or MD in charge of the practice. Pediatrician's offices would also be a good place to call. If you explain that you are a student and the reason you need the information, I'm sure many health care providers would be happy to help.
