NEED HELP for finding articles!!

Hi!!!!

I am a 3rd year nursisng student in Australia.

I have been looking for articles in database such as OVID, Blackwell synery, or Ebsco, but I can't find one!! Will you please help me find out?? I really need articles which talks about the barriers towards implementation of evidence into practice as a nurse.

I could find many articles which talks about barriers such as lack of time, lack of authority, lack of support, lack of peers. However, I need some articles which talks about the information management of nurses.

The article preferably should contain information such as:

1)Over 20000 medical journals are published per year.

2)Published research of variable quality and relevance.

3)Health care professionals often poor trained in critical appraisal skills.

4)Average time professionals have available to read

I have tried to search articles which contains above information for almost 2 entire days, but I can't find any!!!

If anybody knows what to type when searching for this type of articles, will you please give me a hand???

Trying searching for the Johanna Briggs Institute online. Our Critical Thinking/Reserach professor always uses articles from that site.

if your school has privileges, you can access this website and search there. The very large majority of articles I've used in school have come from this site, it is a lifesaver.
