Hi all! Thanks in advance for your help. I have to answer some questions for a patient's discharge. She just had her first baby and I am stumped as to what belongs in the PHYSIOLOGIC STATUS.
I answered the
Cognitive Status: AOx3, aware of surroundings, able to converse....
Affective status: patient accepts new baby, posture erect, gait is steady, smiling....
Physiologic Status??? I tried searching it, but all I found was vital signs?
Are they stable with respect to what is expected after having a baby. Basic vital signs of both the mother and child. What she should expect in the next few days. etc.
