Need help with my diagnosis

I'm an LPN student and I'm writing my nursing diagnosis.I had 1 day with my pt. not sure what to use for my diagnosis.I'm new to the web site not really sure how everything works yet.

In order to help you with a NANDA we'd need more info. What was the patient in the hospital/LTC/rehab for? What are their medical dx's?

well, no one can help you if you don't post any information about the patient. diagnoses don't just materialize out of thin air. imagine going to a car mechanic and having him not even examining your car and coming up with a diagnosis as to what is wrong with it without getting any information first. see this thread: https://allnurses.com/general-nursing-student/help-care-plans-286986.html- help with care plans
