Need help deciding which job to accept

:confused: I have 2 job offers. One as an employee health nurse with the state and the other as a medical record reviewer with a corporation. Both have great benefits but I want to make the right choice. I feel both will open new doors for me regarding my career but need your opinions as to which path will be the most successful??!!

The one you feel is the better match to your personality and lifestyle is the one to take. How is the culture at each place? What are the job responsibilities? Good luck!

The state job is probably more secure, and you have the chance to make lateral moves or advance. Depends on the work I guess, good luck.
