Need help in connecticut...

Hello everyone!

I just graduated from an LPN program, and I have since passed the NCLEX and got my license.:D

Now the fun part, I am having a very tough time finding work

Im not picky, Ill work anywhere, a hospital, LTC, rehab facilities, pysc, obg, and I hate to say it but im considering doctors offices, I really just need to start working because I need health insurance. Not to mention I feel like im forgeting all my skills just sitting around!

Does anyone have any advise? Im getting discouraged submitting resume after resume and not hearing anything back....:banghead:

Im in CONNECTICUT by the way, if anyone knows of anything around here.:confused:

Were you working in healthcare while you were going to school? Many times students get jobs in hospitals/nursing homes/etc where they did clinical work for school.
