would you said chronic organic disorder in a medical diagnosis I wanted to use this as R/T.

Need more info...what are you wanting to say? Never heard of chronic organic disorder????

I'm not completely sure I know what you are trying to say. But I think you are going this route... I'd say something more like "r/t degenerative neurological changes secondary to organic (dementia?)"

No- I wouldn't use chronic organic disorder. It's just another way of saying they have a chronic illness right? Instead, use the pathophys of the illness. So if they were COPD you could say breathing pattern, ineffective r/t decreased lung compliance, or if they had hemophilia you would say injury, risk for hemorrhage r/t lack of clotting factors
