Hi,
I am asking for anyone's help in this matter. I have been a RN for seven years. Back in 1997 when I started nsg school, I was 21 y/o, had two kids and in a physically abusive realtionship. I started school to have a means out of the relationship and to take care of my kids. Halfway thru my second semester, the nsg dept told me I had to drop out because I was missing some prerequites. I confided in a friend and she suggested to make a transcript refecting the missing courses. I listened to her not knowing how serious this was and did it. I was able to remain in the program, finished and passed my state boards. Years after, I cut this person out of my life because she was really doing alot of bad things (she is in jail right now for credit card fraud) and I honestly went back and completed the courses with all A's. She decided to retailate and inform the school of what I did several years ago. The school has revoked my nsg degree and I am in fear of losing my license. Can anyone offer some suggestions on how I can save my career and be granted a second chance? Thank you.

This is a MAJOR problem. Get a lawyer now. You're not going to be able to fix this by yourself.

Lawyer up!
Here's some advice for the future: be wary of what you reveal about your past, because people will use your statements against you when you least expect it. People are devious, and will bestow some cold revenge upon you.
