Okay, so I've done both the BSN and now 75% done with the MSN program.
In the BSN program, I only had 3 or 4 tasks returned. The grader was very detailed in what needed to be fixed, no big deal - spent less than an hour fixing it and resubmitted, and it was fine.
In the MSN program, I've now had 3 tasks that have been returned to fix. In every single instance, I've had the course mentor email me within a couple hours of having the task returned, saying "Hey, saw you had this returned....what can I do to help you? Maybe check out X Y or Z link for more clarification on the areas it appears you had difficulty..."
I'm continually impressed with the attentiveness of the course mentors. I literally have 5 more days, over a holiday weekend, to get this task fixed and resubmitted, and I was a bit at a loss as to how to proceed. But the email I received gave links to several very detailed websites that will help clarify the issues I had with this task.
I can't say enough good things about WGU and the support they offer.

Great to hear! WGU is in my top 2 choices for a BSN and is my top choice, so far, for an MSN. Congrats on your BSN and your soon-to-be-completed MSN!
Happy Thanksgiving!

That's great to hear!
I start in January and am honestly was a little worried about the attention and support during the program. I'm so grateful to hear that they're on top of it!
