I am a medical education professional designing programs for NICU NNPs. I am not here to do market research, but to acquire useful feedback to create timely, targeted education programming. I am uninfluened by my client's sponsor, and rely on published studies to ascertain learning needs assessments and gaps in care in keeping with ACCME essentials and principles of commercial support. Unfortunately, I am rarely given enough time to survey providers for educational needs. For my current assignment, I am particularly interested in hearing from NNPs who are taking a leadership role in education and who are involved in customizing the NICU-BKAT3. Do you find the BKAT a reliable indicator of knowledge, skills, particularly in diagnosis and treatment of RDS? Would you benefit from a program that "teaches you to teach" NNPs in RDS diagnosis and care? Feel free to elaborate. Thank you for your feedback!

There are VERY few NNPs that post here. BrownBetty is one, but hasn't posted in a LONG time. I'm a NNP student, so I won't be much help to you!

You need to hurry up, Steve. :) NNP's are definitely an untapped market on the site.
I'm tellin' ya!! I work with something like 18 NNPs, and NONE of them are here!
