Need a Canadian Agency

Hello Everyone,

I am a registered nurse working on an acute care setting. I am looking for a new challenge in my carreer, and am very interested in working up North, such as Yellow Knife, Yukon or Inuvik. I have looked on the website and have created a profile, however there is not currently job available that suits with my skills. I would love to work on a acute care unit specifically surgical unit.

I was wondering if anyone knows a canadian agency that can help me start looking for a job up there.

Canada doesn't really use "agencies". The jobs are posted on federal, provincial, or territorial websites. Each province or territory requires it's own practice permit. They aren't cheap, so most nurses only register in the province they are employed in.

Which province are you currently working in? Have you thought of working in its northern region?
