Future LVN here and want to gain some experience while in school. I would like the opportunity for a case management shadow experience. I recently saw a job hiring patient care coordinator/sales. Its base pay + commission. Any non-RN nurses as a patient care coordinator?

If you are the same not-yet-student-LVN who wants to get into case management, you now know that will probably not happen, even after you are licensed and have some experience.
Didn't the job posting say what the minimum requirements are? I would be surprised if they would hire an LVN for a sales job, especially one with no experience, and care coordination is generally an RN job.
Never say never. Anything is possible.
Lvn's I know in management are sitting pretty. I'm inspired. I am building my network and work ethic reputation. All it takes is one person to see your drive and give you a chance. We all been there :)
