Need advice for school paths to take

So im a little confused on which road I should take on my nursing career. Im 21 years old with around 4 years of mixed nursing experience (im a cna and phlebotomist) on and off with different nursing schools. My delimma is that one of my good friends has asked me to relocate to california to live with her, where her mom is an RN at a major hospital. This is good because she could possibly get me a job there to start out with. And i was looking to leave my hometown anyway. Id much rather already be an RN moving out there though as opposed to moving, then continue schooling. I havent finished my pre-requisites for a formal college nursing program yet so i was thinking of the option of online classes while i prepare to move? What is your best advice you could give me at the moment , thanks.
