Hi!, I would like to know if i could take the nclex exam,without taking the local board exam?.pls help me.Some of my friends told me that i couls already take the nclex without th local boards.

And what is the first step that i should do in applying for nclex?ty;)

No you do not have to take local boards. Suggest you check out both the Phillipine and international forums, plenty of info there plus international forum sticky Primer to work in the US is a great starter :welcome:
