At my school, the biology and anatomy prerequisites had to be done in class, not online, because they had laboratory portions. The more general prerequisites, like communication and introductory math, can be online courses.

Most financial aid is awarded only to US citizens or permanent residents. There are very few schools who offer financial aid to international students.
If you do not already have a RN or LPN license you will have a hard time finding an exclusively online nursing program. All require clinical settings. Even to enroll in Excelsior's online nursing program you are required to have a LPN, PA, paramedic or other certification as a pre-requisite.
There are very few online science courses that will fulfill the laboratory requirements. It is best to check with the school of nursing that you wish to apply to determine if online science coursework is acceptable for admission.
Also do you have your F-1 Visa? Only a maximum of 3 online credits (1 class) may be counted toward your full time student status. It is my understanding that a requirement of a F-1 student visa is that you already have applied/been accepted to a school and adequate financial means to pay for tuition and related expenses.

Don't do any programs that say they can get you an RN online. There are some girls suing one of the big online for-profit school because the school told them that it would be ok. Now nobody will hire them. I wouldn't hire them to babysit my sick dog without having some patient experience. No real clinical experience = a big fat waste of time and money. Try to find a scholarship or something. Community colleges offer reduced rate if you can get in.
