Hi,
I have been working in the hospital where I started as a new grad, for a year and a half now. I am currently searching for a new position... but have no idea how to make up a resume now that I have one job experience under my belt. Below is my previous resume, with my current position added in. Should I completely delete my other work experience? And clinical experience from school? Volunteer experience? How should I describe my responsibilities and qualifications from my current position? Any tips would be incredibly helpful! Thank you!
