I did NCSBN 3-week course, 2 1/2 weeks before I took the nclex. I just answered the diagnostic, posttest and qbanks, and just skim through some content review for add'l info. I find the questions very nclex-like, harder than Saunders but a little easier than Kaplan. I highly recommend it especially if you don't any practice questions to answer with and you want to practice more. Regarding w/ the scores, I just got 58% for the pre-test and my grades went up slowly as I take it. Just be sure to answer everything and review all rationales. Good luck w/ your studies. :)
