I did NCSBN for questions (and content in my weak areas) and Saunders for overall content and some questions and Kaplan book for strategies and the cd for a different set of ?"S I did NCSBN for 3 weeks. I found it to be very good for a quick overview, though not the most indepth but good ?'s. Personally I thought it and Kaplan had the most similar ?'s to the test. Saunders is excellent for content review which you need because you cannot answer the tricky disease priority questions without content review and I will say that most of the practice q's I had were easier than the actual exam because they were pretty cut and dry...ABG'S and Maslows whereas the actual test might throw at you 4 unstable patients and often one is some random obscure disease so its hard to make a confident decision. For $49 it was worth it and I'd use it again. It challenges you to really think about all angles of the question, no the rationales are not fantastic but I got the point. Hope this helps...and I did pass my exam, first time, 80 questions.
