NCSBN course to help pass NCLEX Exam?

Today I received my NCLEX report and it was the same results as the first time took the NCLEX. So I decided to join a review course NCSBN since they are the authors of the exam. I have boiled down my mistakes to lack of understanding the structure of the NCLEX. Difficulty thinking in terms of what the questions are asking.

I have always made it through school by memorizing but to understand how something is phrased is not so easy. If its to the point then I know what to look for and 90% of the time I answer question correctly. But much more effort goes into a question when you have to understand the structural foundation. I have read more positive feedback about this course than others, has anyone found this online review faulty or more so successful?
