Im tryn to post on a new page, but im new to this. I just took the nclex Rn today 1/31/12. i dont even know what to think. this is my third time. i was foreign trained and alot of things are different. the 1st attempt was more like trial and error. had no idea what i did. only studied from books. if i remeber clearly i got 170 plus questions and the computer shut off. i got a lot of factualy questions like crutcth walking and and alot of procedures (if i remember well) .
the 2nd time i did hurst review and more books. i ran out of time at about 160 questions. i had gotten so fustrated i had stopped answering question (so stooooooooopid of me) i got more of priority questions than the first (theyd pop up everynow and then) but still alot of random things.
today , the 3rd time i had alot of priority, who would i see first, whos call should i return first, lots of sata (so annoying) and a couple of meds (some i have never heard of in my life)....... the last set of questions was meds and i dont even know if i was answering correclty ;( ....so at this point i have no idea what to even think. I am numb. i got 160 plus questions in 4.5 hours. i have really studied this time and i have changed alot of studyn techniques. did alot of practice questions everday.
ive been an RN in my country since 2008. I took that test only once and passed. i have even specialized and its really sad that ive failed this exam twice already. im not a bad nurse and love nursing and my patients very much. i couldnt see myself doing anything else.
Im hoping, praying and trusting in GOD!!!!!!!!................ so I am hoping and praying that when I get my results itll be a PASS :)........ *fingers crossed*

Hello! I guess I'm here to read about experiences of people who already went through this very stressful situation as Nclex exam. I have taken Kaplan and my scores started at 50% and went up to 58 % at the end of the course( December) I have been studying really hard since then, I have retaken almost all my tests ( qtrainers) again after a month and my scores went up to 65-75%. Has any of you heard anything similar ? I am so nervous , I guess we all have to go through this.
