I have been using allnurses since I even began nursing school but this is actually my first time to post. I owe it to many of you though for help throughout nursing school and preparing for NCLEX. Now its my turn to take it tomorrow:barf02: I am so incredibly NERVOUS! I need some good vibes, prayers, and advice for what yall did the day before and on test day! I take it at 8am so I wont have much time to be nervous in the morning but the pressure is killing me! Any tips or topics that you wish you would have reviewed will be appreciated too!

I could not sleep nor eat the day before my exam. I got to the testing center at 5am....hello oo..we were supposed to be there at 7:30. So I prayed and since I was testing on 1 hr sleep, I took my time to read the question so as to not miss the good info. My test stopped at 75 and I have a good pop up!!! Take your time breath, pray...good luck!!!!

Let your brain relax! Deep breathe. Take the evening off; at this point you either know it or you don't. Don't torture yourself.
Do your best to get a good night's rest (I know, I know, easier said than done!) but whatever you do, do NOT stay up late studying. Not worth it.
Let your mind decompress with something relaxing this evening.
And GOOD LUCK! :)

I'm testing tomorrow also! 10am - I haven't really done any studying today (or yesterday, either). I finished Kaplan review on Thursday, have done very well on all the Q trainers and the readiness test, so I'm of the mindset that this is just another one of those )trying to trick myself into believing that, anyway lol) Today I read through the study guide that's floating around this site several times, and enjoyed time with my friends at a graduation party for a friend's daughter. Now I'm going to go grab a snack and head to bed to read (something totally NON-nurse related) and hopefully get a good night's sleep.
Good luck to fingerscrossed and onehappywon. I'm praying that all three of us will come back here tomorrow with news of a good popup :)

I would say, just read the question very well and make sure your answer reflects what the question is really asking. Sometimes there can be lots of distractors in the question. Good luck, relax and you will do great!
Thank you and good luck to you both, too!!! Hopefully we will have good news in a few days. :)

I take it tomorrow too. I haven't been too nervous today but now that I'm trying to go to bed and get some rest I'm getting more and more nervous. Ugh!!!
Well 75 questions later I got the GOOD pop up!! I literally thought I was failing by the types of questions I was getting so hopefully the trick works!
