Actively work on relaxation techniques today. Good luck.
I'm having a hard time NOT studying. I used LaCharity, Kaplan, Exam Cram, and ATI. I just hope I am prepared. I'm just nervous that the test will only ask me questions about things I don't know or didnt review as much. Its too late to worry now though. Praying for the best! :)
I took the NCLEX today I got 137 questions. How random, right? I had 15 SATA and about 16 delegation and priority. The rest were just random facts and stuff I'd never seen about disease processes,, communication, and ALOT of nutrition. I took the test in Winston Salem, NC. I live about 1.5 hours away in Charlotte. I cried the whole way home. I KNEW that I had failed. I got home today and got the GOOD POP UP! I feel like I had a way different test than what other people were talking about. Hopefully this means I passed! GOOD LUCK to everyone out there!! :)

I also had a hard time not studying - it made me anxious to try to not be anxious!
So I just chilled the day before - at home - alone - being around even my loved ones added to my anxiety - I casually reviewed my index cards of norms...then I would read something off topic, take a walk, then casually review my index cards again...also ate really well and went to bed not too early....tossed and turned most of the night but just went with it - finally konked out about 3 a.m. Got up at 5:45 - casually reviewed my same index cards while I ate a big bkfst and was seated for the exam at 8a.m.
75 questions - got the good pop up, had a margarita with lunch and slept for 4 hours!!
I learned something studying for the NCLEX - for me I think the entire secret of life is learning to manage anxiety in a healthy way!! Doesn't mean I can get "rid" of it - I know I can't - but just to manage it and keep my nerves healthy!
Best of luck - eat well, rest a lot (you may not sleep!) and if you need to review norms or drugs or whatever then go for it - just try not to freak out!
Best of luck!
You're not allowed to bring any study material into the test center - not even in your bag - so that's a good thing. When you walk out your door, leave it all behind, just take a deep breath and say "I got this!" and then go and get it!!
