Here's the good news: when the computer shuts off at 75, you either did very well or you did very poorly. There's no in-between. I hope you have the same result I did when mine shut off at 75! Oh, and don't do the PVT. It's too risky. Back when I passed, the PVT could be done w/o risk to your wallet... If you're in a state that allows quick results, it's probably worth it to do that when it becomes available. If not (and there's a couple), just keep a close watch on your BON's license website or NURSYS. A classmate and I both took the NCLEX at the same time, both of us had the machine shut off at 75, both of us got our license numbers at about 35 hours after completing the exam. Some people get their licenses faster than that!
Good luck and I hope you passed!

I know nothing is certain until it's, well, certain! LOL! But I'm cautiously optimistic! I took the NCLEX this morning and it shut off at 75. It felt like quite a few fairly complex questions with tons of SATA, so hopefully that means I was doing okay if it was throwing lots of "application" questions at me. I don't think I'll be able to relax until I find out for sure. I'm too nervous to do the PVT. I just got my ATT yesterday and when I went to schedule it, the only available dates were today, or December 4th, so I figured why not just get it over with ASAP? I did the Virtual ATI Green Light program while I was waiting for my ATT.
