Took the NCLEX RN today- 76 Questions and got the good pop up! (And I keep checking it!). Think I had- 13 SATA, 2 Math, 1 Drop/Drag to order, 2 pictures, 1 exhibit, about 5-6 priority and a ton of infection- on top of the other stuff! My school did Kaplan during each 4 semesters- I also read some other books. Honestly- not sure anything can really prepare you...there's no "studying" just reviewing. It was scary and at 75 b/c I thought I was doing so bad I was glad to get another question....it was a SATA and I have NO idea what it was about lol- then blue screen. I said OMG I had to pass right? grabbed my stuff, went to the bathroom on way out and texted my friend to check since I was too nervous. She sent me the good screenshot :) I honestly can't even say what I thought of it- it was like nothing ever before and stuff was all over the place. Good luck to all future takers :)

PS- the NCLEX Study Guide def helps!!

Are you talking about the nclex study guide floating around this blog? The 30 page random facts?

Thanks and congrats! I hafta wait one more month!!

Congatulations Matina80! I took it today and got a good pop up, too. I got the blue screen after 75 questions. I did not put all of my eggs in one basket, as far as my studying went. I studied the areas that I was weak in. I practiced questions from a few different NCLEX books and read a test taking strategies book. Reading the rationales helped me remember why the answer applied to the question.

Thanks all- I definitely replied to this the other day but I'm not sure why it's not showing!? Future- yes that's the nclex studyguide I meant.
