I sure hope that means I passed! :) I used the saunders cd and kaplan q trainer only. I also used the study guide from this site. My qtrainer 7 score was 68%. I got higher results with saunders but their content seemed a little easier. Once I know for sure if I passed I will post a little more about how I used the cd and qtrainer and some things I found helpful. :)

Congrats...... im sure you are a bit relieved.
It is a relief but I still want to see my registration change from pending to active on the board of nursing website. :) I had 25 sata, 3 exhibit, and 3 drag and drop into the right order. I was surprised that so many were alternate formats. My last 5 questions were sata. I took a moment to breathe, say a prayer, and then refocused on the questions. I was finished in under 50 minutes and on my way home. It felt way to fast considering I have been working towards this test for 4 years! :)
Just the matter of time :) Happy for you. WOW...50 mins!!!!!!!! U did great.

Know the 3 phases of perioperative nursing care and surgical asepsis. Be prepared to any NCLEX questions.
