Thats my goal as well. I want to end up in critical care unit. I got another offer this evening for telemetry unit. So i've pretty much narrowed it down to the Telemetry & LTACH. The tele unit pays the same as the med surg $30 per hour. In that case do you still think the LTACH will be the best route?

Hi guys, I need opinions please. I got 2 offers...... Med surg unit at a hospital (full time 7am-7pm) or Long Term Acute Care Hospital (Full time 7am-7pm). The long term hospital is the largest in the state & it will be on the step down ICU unit. Benefits are great both places. The Med surg position starts with $30 per hour & the LTACH starts at $33.50. I'm a new grad & i just need the best experience possible. What do you guys think? Any thought will be appreciated.

@humbled I tried it again as well several times STILL getting that same message. Praise God. @Lauryen88 Thanks so much for all the support. Yes i certainly did, the questions were less difficult than Kaplan in my opinion & different from Saunders.

The day before try to go over test taking strategies & stuff.... @ciomara88 I used Kaplan on demand, PDA book (its a must have), All nurses study guide, I occasionally used NCLEX 4000 (not as much, i tried to focus on kaplan didnt wanna spread myself all over). From what i've learned here & heard from classmates....its 99% accurate. So monday we'll get the offical results YES START PRAISING IN ADVANCE. Thats what i kept doing during the exam when i encountered difficult questions. God is so good. He never leaves us or forsakes us.

I'm praising in advance. To God be the glory. I took NCLEX RN this morning. Tried to register, MADE SURE IT SAID DELIVERY SUCCESSFUL & it said------->>>Our records indicate you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your board of nursing for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time. Can't wait til monday to get my official results. But thanks so much to EVERYONE for your support. Can't wait to find out. I hope its right. AJ

@Malenurseil Im so ready to murder that monster. ONCE BITTEN, TWICE SHY.LOL. Let me not get ahead of myself. But all things being equal, i've done my best & given it my all. Im trusting my God to show up & act on my behalf. Its in God's hands. Side note.... im a lil happy cuz as of late my scores on the kaplan qbank are high 60s & low 70s. Thanks for youe support.
