Thank you all so much for your support. This site has been one of the best therapies in nursing school and beyond. Please send out good thoughts at 2 pm! I'll do the same for you (and whenever you take it.)
I'm only slightly anxious but feeling like I prepared the best I can. Time to get a mani/pedi, test, then go for some yoga to relax. Life is good and I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to test for this exam today - that I passed the rough road of nursing school and this is the last crucial step.
Love you all! Can't wait till "RN" is at the end of each of our names.
You will be successful. Take your time with each question!
Got the good pop up! Holy wow. I thought I had failed completely and was already forming an email to my unit manager for my Versant program I'm starting in two weeks.
I went in confident and calm. I got through the first two questions then 10 SATAs in a row. I was super excited since I knew that, although I hate SATA, that I was on the right track. After a few more super difficult questions that left me flustered, I started getting "repeat" questions and knew I was in trouble. Then I got some more "easy questions" and I almost started crying in the test center. I had prepared so well! Got amazing Kaplan scores!
Three hours and three snack/bathroom/water breaks later, I shut off at around 120 and 30 or so SATA total with drugs I, hand to god, never knew existed. I stopped checking the right corner of the screen since it was making me nervous.
I got to my car and felt like I was going to throw up. Checked the website a few times thinking I had seen it wrong, then did it again when I got home. I can't believe it. Wow!!
