I just took my CNA exam not too long ago and not only had to take the written part of the test, but also the skills part of it. When taking the NCLEX, do you take a written part or do you also have to take a skills part showing what you learned in class?

Just to add, the BON/BRN will assess your transcripts in most cases before they will allow you to sit the exam and ensure you have completed an acceptable school of nursing for RN or PN

I heard from someone in 5-10 years part of the nclex will be skills testing. Does anyone know if that's true?
