7/1/05 NCLEX takers..check in here after your exam! How was it?

Well, it was nerve wracking for me to say the least. I had 75 questions. When I got to question 74, I started sweating bullets, hoping 75 was my last one. I got ot 75, answered it and it was it, thank goodness. It took me a little under an hour.

It was hard. There were 5 or 6 select all that apply, 1 "put these steps in the right order", tons of priority questions, several infection questions, several psych questions (ugh).

My last one was about antipsychotics. I didnt know the answer.

I am scared to death. :stone

I had the same experience.

I was told that if it shuts off at 75 you are a shoe-in. Don't worry, be happy! :)

Yep, I took it today too-July 1! I had 75 question too-took me 50-60 minutes to take it...I was thinking how hard it was !!! Oh my!!! I got so many topics, and they were so hard! It was crazy! Hopefully that is a good sign, right? do you think we'll find out Saturday on pearson vue-or later cuz of the long holiday weekend? I took it at 8:30-9:30 AM this morning, so I only finished it 5.5 hours ago-but am already impatient to get my results!! I hate this crappy, unsure feeling I have-I just want to hear "passed!" under my name in the next few days! :)

what??? i go to pearsonvue.com and see the message "your board of nursing does not participate in quick results service" aaahhh! do i have to wait longer???

I took my NClEX on 6/15 and I live in one of the states that doesn't participate in the early results program, BUT there is a "back door" way (in some states) to find out if you passed: go the your states' Board of Nursing website and do a license lookup of yourself. If you passed, your name will come up on a search. It took a couple of days for my results to show up, and I don't know if the long weekend will delay the results.....

I took my exam two mondays ago, passed thank God, but I had 86 questions and I was freaking out. No med questions, which surprised me, and a ton of legality questions along with many questions involving geratric care. Two peds questions which also surprised me. I thought for sure I failed because I spent so much time preparing for meds and med surg questions. But I did pass and now I have to get some guts and go get a real job. I am scared to death.

Hi everyonr i just took my exam Aug 29,2008 ...... I feel that a burden has been lifted.....but now the hard part the result i'm freakin out actually......I'm going through the test n it sf huts off at 75....i heard that its better to get 265 to haave a higher chanc e of passing....i hope i made it...............nervous:chair:
