Hey, I graduated in May 2015 and have taken the NCLEX twice and have not passed. I am now working as a PCT and studying to take the NCLEX again. The last time I took it in August, I got all 265 questions. I'm nervous now that it is November my knowledge isn't as fresh and need new ways of studying. In general I'm just extremely nervous and worried because I wasn't planning to still be studying for the NCLEX. I have taken Kaplan, Hurst, and have done tutoring.

Have you completed an in person, in depth review course? That may help, as would checking out the NCLEX forum for ideas from other recent test takers.

I graduated May 2015. I wrote the Nclex-Rn Nov 17th for the first time and got my result Nov 18th. I passed in 75 questions. I did the Kaplan Premier book in July and the Online hurst review in August. I had the exact same concern as you when November came around because I hadn't been really studying since the summer. In the last two weeks before my exam I started reading certain chapters in the Saunders Comprehensive Review and I re-watched certain hurst videos. What I found to be most helpful were all the questions I did on UWorld approx 150 a day (they saaaveddd meee) ! Especially the questions in the "Leadership & Management" category. Before I even answered the first question on my exam I used the erasable pad they give you to write down a bunch of formulas/lab values that I thought I would forget if i let my nerves get the best of me.
P.s: Once you click next, forget about the previous question that you think you may have gotten wrong or it will just hinder your performance.
You got this !!!
