Just took nclex computer shut off at 85 had about 10 sata and a lot of patient teaching. I think I failed, maybe if I had gotten more questions I would feel more confident

Hi~

I hear a lot of folks feel deflated or feel like they failed NCLEX right after taking it - and pass. I've read it's hard to gauge how you're doing during the test (if you're above the passing line). By chance, did you try the PVT? I've not taken NCLEX yet (next month) though I'm knee deep in studying. I holding good thoughts for you and hope you passed. Keep us posted.

No I didn't try the trick yet possibly later after I'm done sulking

I got the good pop up

" records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam another exam can not be scheduled"

Something of that nature.

hi what did you use to study for nclex and would you say it helped? I am very worried about the SATA questions and am practicing the saunders cd for them. thanks

I used saunders as well ati and the study guide that I got off this website.

I took my boards last week and it shut off at 75...I can't say I felt 100% confident in it turning off with so few questions but I also had a gut feeling that there was no way I was doing THAT bad that it would've turned off at that point...seems the same thing happened to you with the good pop up, congrats!

Congratulations!!!! I'm so glad you tried the PVT and I do hear it's like 99% accurate! Happy for you. :)

Hi Guys!

I just took my NCLEX-RN today! The computer shut off at 75- it was like a shock to the system! I had a lot of SATA intermixed with a lot of priority and delegation (which patient would be given to the RN and which to the LPNs) and a decent amount of psych. I felt like a had a whole cornucopia of things. Not a lot of pharm either (which I probably would have done well at =/ )

As soon as I was done I felt like i was going to cry but I held it in and called my best friend on the way out (who was on her way to her NCLEX at 11AM) I then tried the PV Trick in the car, and got the "good pop up" and then i tried it again about an hour or so later and still got the "good pop up" lol.. And so did she (hers cut off at 76 q) . We are hoping we passed! We were pretty good students, and also LPNs to begin with so we are hoping that helps. It seems that the good pop up is "pretty" accurate, with some false positives regarding the CC page and that some people did in fact pass. I guess we will find out in 48 hours Ahh!

Good luck to everybody! Ill let you know how it goes- I hope I will have good news. Hugs

Hi guys just wanted to follow up I did in fact pass! PVT worked in my case and my friend who took it same day as me! Just waiting for all my background check to be "processed," despite them cashing my 22 dollar check for that three weeks ago LOL.. Just glad I got the big part of this done.
