I just failed the NCLEX I knew I had when I left the testing area :):) I am looking for opinions on what is the best study book and also what cd is the best....I had Kaplan and it did nothing for me :) any help appreciated also one wanting to know my address please respond :)

I had lots of questions on diseases, particularly how they are transmitted and the precautions that nurses should take. I didn't think much of Kaplan either after I took my NCLEX but it got me through it. I would recommend answering as many practice questions as possible- and to prioritize based on assessment first then implemention, evaluation, ect. Also keep in mind your ABC's. Remember the goal is safety. Don't overthink or overanalyze. Hope this helps and good luck. Hang in there- I know it's hard but keep in mind everyone has gone through this stress in order to get their licsense. Don't be too hard on yourself either! ;)
