Hello
Been waiting for my NCLEX results for 4 days now here in CA.:whistling:Finished this time (2nd) in 75 Qs using Uworld, lacharity and NCSBN. Felt prepared this time around but still have not heard. What is the longest someone has waited? Last time I ended in 265 and got a fail letter in 4 days. Just need an idea if something may be holding it up or no news is good news??? Help
HI. Got my result and candidate report says near passing standard in all areas except reduction of risk potential below passing standard. Please help...I am planning to study again... and would appreciate anyone's input on how to study...I did uworld and kaplan before....Is ncsbn helpful? Im planning to take in July...Thanks everyone...
I am sorry to hear that did you receive it over the weekend or today? how many questions did you get this time? You will get it don't give up!!! Well I still don't know if I passed its been almost two weeks though but I used Uworld did 75 questions a day really paying attention to the rationales. I also went over the Kaplan content book and took notes. I also used Lacharity PRiority and delegation (loved it) and once I finished Uworld I did NCSBN to reinforce content and do the Qbanks. I did around 75-100 questions a day. I made sure to eat healthy, exercise and really get my mind in a good place.

Sorry to hear the news. I know when I didn't pass the first time I was determined to get back doing nothing but questions. I think what I did different this time around was sign up for Uworld and I did NCSBN which I only focused on their test bank. I kinda rushed doing the Uworld questions cuz my subscription was ending but I realized I needed another month so I ended up extending it. I wish someone told me about Uworld when I finished nursing school cuz I feel that it actually helped me even though I sat through all 265 questions. I've also invested in Kaplan and hurst previously. Another thing I psyched my mind out going into the test center. I went in there with a clear mind, a positive attitude, actually told my mom and she prayed for me, and during the exam you know how your name appears on the top left with RN in front of it, I just imagined it being true. I walked out their feeling meh. I didn't feel bad nor did I feel good. I swear I even got the last question wrong. I had a lot of people tell me just do questions after questions and read the rationale. Anyhow, with that being said I wish you nothing but luck!
thank you sfcitygirlrn for your response...need mind booster for now....I did kaplan, uworld, lacharity and nclex mastery got 70+++ in results....I answered 203 questions, took the test May 19 and got my result saturday, May 29.....with almost all near the passing standard...I have a long gap since graduation and just plan to go back to nursing. studied in library from opening to closing. I think I almost made it if I wasnt in a hurry answering questions. I am planning to take ncsbn and manage my test taking time carefully and think hardly before answering....Do you think I should go back to review now or take a rest for few weeks...thanks for your response. and by the way, if you got a good pop up, that means you passed...congrats

Havnt tried pop up yet still just waiting and praying. My opinion probably is just take a little mental break from studying because right now it is hard to concentrate. of course start applying to take the test but I say take a week or so to decompress, gather your materials and get going again. You can do it! Definitely get you mind clear, exercising really helps taking walks and eating right. the answers are all about safety. Make sure you go over your weak areas first then go from there to help with the questions.
SfcitygirlRN...Im back at the library....I plan to do reduction of risk potential saunders new edition and then enroll again in Uworld and ncsbn read the rationale and questions carefully and do the la charity old version since I finished the new version....I do dancing 6 hours a week....considering my gap in nursing school and a determined person, I hope I pass when I take it in JUly....will keep posting here...thanks and goodluck to you...
Got ahold of BRN today and asked about results proccessing. Wasnt much help and reinstated that assume you dont get anthing within 2 weeks you passed... 1 week down ! everything crossed
i went on rn.ca.gov and its says they're processing March 16-31?!?!?! How long do we have to wait? I've been checking breeze every morning and late night. I just don't understand California. And I've read on here that some people know two days later and some (like us) wait forever! Do you think it's cuz we're repeat test takers? Hmmm....

California is very inconsistent it's unfortunate. But good things come to those who wait and I figured if I dont get mail soon then things look good. I will probably call again after 3 weeks if nothing and start bugging the BRN. I think it just all depends on how busy it was that day and if your results get chosen to be manual or auto processed. Grrrr
Don't feel bad about 3 weeks, I'm going on 4 weeks this past tuesday. I will give it one more week then i will call the board. If they fail me after 4 weeks, i will be devastated. So i hope no news is good news.
I would call call the board this week if your already at 4 weeks. And I have rarely heard of them sending out letters pass 1-2 weeks but I hear you. It's just not fair. Keep us updated
Called Brn today again.. They said call back June 15th which will be 4 weeks for me then they can start looking into it. Also they don't know why people get auto processed. This is so frustrating because what if I failed and have to wait all this time!! I am so upset. I am trying to stay positive but it is very hard.
