I've used everything (Hurts, Kaplan, Saunders, lacharity, exam cram, and NCSBN). This time around I solely used Uworld and 3 weeks ncsbn. I studied for a whole month and passed at 265. I believe uworld helped me tackle questions. And this time around I didn't study the day prior and I had a nonchalant attitude during the exam. The first time I had bad anxiety and studied until test day. Oh and I've been out of school for over 2 years and my first exam I took it in April of 2015. Good luck! I would definitely invest in uworld.

congratulations!!! I passed tooooooo!! We are officially RNs!!!!!I've been checking every day and also the wee hours of the night but last night I was too tired to check. This morning at work I nearly lost my mind when I saw my name. Woot woot!!! We did it!

It's so frustrating. I'm sorry you didn't get any answers. When I called, I told the guy that someone already transferred me to a supervisor and I left a message. He said hold on while he gets a supervisor to talk to me. Well that didn't happen and he came back on the line and told me that I'm still within the 2-4 weeks period. For me, I wonder if by me calling constantly it's actually delaying the process. I don't know. At this point I give up. I wish I lived close to where I can drive over there. Keep us posted. By the way, I doubt you failed. We're just in limbo land.

No not yet. Monday will be 4 weeks. I was sort of hopeful last night when breeze was under maintenance but sadly ... Nothing. And my application doesn't say pending. Does yours? Have you tried calling?

At first I thought I was going to receive good news. Unofficially I passed based on the comments made but officially my name won't show up until another two weeks. So again, I'm not 100% happy but because of the numerous hints I guess I'll just have to wait. Oh and are Dennis and Gayle the only ones working there cuz they were the same two that I got last time. lol! Dennis was actually nicer this time around.

I am so exhausted at this point waiting for my name to post! I feel like once my name post I wont be as excited as I hope for cuz I'm so emotionally drained. I just checked the RN.ca.gov and the processing time changed for nclex RN results to current. Last time it said March 16-30 so I'm gonna call them today. I'll update you guys once I get off the phone. Wish me luck !

good luck! Wow. It's been 5 weeks and still nothing and here I am complaining that it's been almost the end of 3 weeks. Hopefully you don't get Gayle or Dennis. They weren't very helpful. Keep us posted! I'm sure you will hear good news soon.

oh my gosh! I called today as well. I took my exam on May 16 and they told me to be patient. I'm so frustrated. Oh and I've called numerous times and did you know they document your every call. Lol! She was like, did you call on May 20th? Busted. She said it was okay for me to call to check the status of my log call on or after June 3rd. I don't think you failed. No news is really good news. They send fail letters within a week of your exam.

i went on rn.ca.gov and its says they're processing March 16-31?!?!?! How long do we have to wait? I've been checking breeze every morning and late night. I just don't understand California. And I've read on here that some people know two days later and some (like us) wait forever! Do you think it's cuz we're repeat test takers? Hmmm....

Sorry to hear the news. I know when I didn't pass the first time I was determined to get back doing nothing but questions. I think what I did different this time around was sign up for Uworld and I did NCSBN which I only focused on their test bank. I kinda rushed doing the Uworld questions cuz my subscription was ending but I realized I needed another month so I ended up extending it. I wish someone told me about Uworld when I finished nursing school cuz I feel that it actually helped me even though I sat through all 265 questions. I've also invested in Kaplan and hurst previously. Another thing I psyched my mind out going into the test center. I went in there with a clear mind, a positive attitude, actually told my mom and she prayed for me, and during the exam you know how your name appears on the top left with RN in front of it, I just imagined it being true. I walked out their feeling meh. I didn't feel bad nor did I feel good. I swear I even got the last question wrong. I had a lot of people tell me just do questions after questions and read the rationale. Anyhow, with that being said I wish you nothing but luck!

Lucky! I took my NCLEX on May 16 and still nothing yet. I've been getting the good pop up and someone from the board already hinted that I pass but its just the waiting game for my name to post that's killing me. Congratulations to you and your boyfriend.

Hi mom312. They say its not accurate until after 24 hrs because it gets graded twice. I wish I knew about Uworld prior to taking the exam. I feel like I could've saved alot of money had I just did Uworld. My instructor recommended to use NCSBN as well. She said to do alot of questions to train your brain. Also reading the rationales and writing notes here and there helped me alot. I work full time (monday-friday) and I have a newborn so finding time to study was impossible for me. I would do 75 Uworld questions a night when he's asleep and dedicated myself at the library on the weekends. I wish you luck. Keep us posted.

Hi SfcitygirlRN. Heres the thing. I've been reading alot about people seeing pending next to the RN application as if it is an indication of passing and you're just waiting for your license to post. So when I called the boards regarding that and I was transferred to technical support. Go figure. Anyhow, I simply asked the question why mine doesn't say pending and I have already taken the exam. Sorry, so long story short, the guy was nice enough to drop me a hint. He said "This goes against my better judgment but just wait until your license is posted. Do you understand what I just said?". I thanked him and hung up the phone in excitement. Now I am not 100% excited because my name is not "officially" on breeze yet. So until then I'm just basically waiting. I too am a repeat test taker and I've seen your previous post and nowhere on mine does it say pending. I think if you haven't received anything by mail at this point you most likely passed. When I didn't pass the first time I got my results within a week. But lets keep each other posted. I'm on day 8 (not including weekends).

I totally feel you. My experience , I told myself I wouldn't do the trick the 2nd time around but that following night (7 hrs later) I caved and to my surprise it didn't let me pay. I input a valid credit card with the right exp date. I figured if I have to take it over again then I'm gonna have to pay right. Anyway, I know some say that you risk giving away $200 and finding out you pass but it was the risk I didn't mind taking. Lol! Crossing my fingers it's good news for the both of us. Oh and I did call the boards and they guy said if you haven't heard anything in 4 weeks to give them a call. I guess they're backed up.
