NCLEX second time results CA

It's been 8 days for me and I tested in CA. No news is actually good news. I've failed before and got my letter within a week. This time around I haven't gotten a letter and I've been getting the "good pop-up". Have you tried the PVT?

Thanks for responding!!! still no letter for me and tomorrow will be a week.. I have not tried pop-up.. Kinda nervous I guess

I totally feel you. My experience , I told myself I wouldn't do the trick the 2nd time around but that following night (7 hrs later) I caved and to my surprise it didn't let me pay. I input a valid credit card with the right exp date. I figured if I have to take it over again then I'm gonna have to pay right. Anyway, I know some say that you risk giving away $200 and finding out you pass but it was the risk I didn't mind taking. Lol! Crossing my fingers it's good news for the both of us. Oh and I did call the boards and they guy said if you haven't heard anything in 4 weeks to give them a call. I guess they're backed up.

very true maybe I'll try it at the end of the week if I have not heard anything :/ also it is just interesting how all the results are processed different. I have friends who took it after me and they been posted 2 days later! Drives me bonkers. But I guess nothing I can do about it now. Yes crossing fingers!!! Trying to stay positive

I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and nothing too. I have failed the exam before and i got the dreaded fail letter within 3 to 4 business days. But i will wait one more week and call the board. One last thing, i do know people who got their passing results within 72hrs and 4 weeks later. Hope this helps because I'm just waiting and have my hopes up.

keep us updated! Same with me no letter yet which is good! I'm thinking positive. It seems as if they send a letter within a week or so from what I have heard

does your breeze account say pending anywhere ?

Hi SfcitygirlRN. Heres the thing. I've been reading alot about people seeing pending next to the RN application as if it is an indication of passing and you're just waiting for your license to post. So when I called the boards regarding that and I was transferred to technical support. Go figure. Anyhow, I simply asked the question why mine doesn't say pending and I have already taken the exam. Sorry, so long story short, the guy was nice enough to drop me a hint. :woot: He said "This goes against my better judgment but just wait until your license is posted. Do you understand what I just said?". I thanked him and hung up the phone in excitement. Now I am not 100% excited because my name is not "officially" on breeze yet. So until then I'm just basically waiting. I too am a repeat test taker and I've seen your previous post and nowhere on mine does it say pending.

I think if you haven't received anything by mail at this point you most likely passed. When I didn't pass the first time I got my results within a week. But lets keep each other posted. I'm on day 8 (not including weekends).
