Hi guys planned taking nclex rn this yr just want to ask if you you know the latest edition of saunders comprehensive review nclex-rn??? And how can i register to have online review at ncsbn?? Pls help tnx GOdbless

I did Hurst review live, but they do have an online version. I used Saunders in nursing school to help with exams. Our school was all about ATI. I think that helped me the most. Questions from ATI were very similar to the NCLEX. Good luck and happy studying :)
