I just took my NCLEX RN yesterday...and I am freaking out waiting. I only had 75 questions and they were really hard. I usually am a really good test taker and I am hoping that that is why it stopped at 75. But maybe I just did so bad on those first 75 questions...I just want to know if i passed.
I have heard it is a good thing if you get 75 questions...is that true. Has anyone out there had 75 questions and failed? or passed?

I took my exam on Dec 10, I also had 75 questions really hard. I also thought that I failed coz its hard but I passed I just saw my name on BON site yesterday Dec 15. Some says its a good thing if your exam is hard because it means that you're in a passing level. Did you have many SATA and meds?
Did you try the pearsonvue trick? Go to the thread about pearsonvue trick and read and try it. Good luck. :specs:

think positive.. i know you passed!.. however, there's this person who posted "75 questions that ruined my life"... --that if you want to know if someone failed with 75 questions though... but a lot of people who took it with 75 minimum mostly passed!... take a deep breath and pray!!... check the PVT and see if you'll get the good pop up! ..

Try to chill. You don't help yourself by making yourself crazy over it. You'll know soon enough.
For what it's worth, I also got 75 questions and my theory was that I know too much to have failed at 75, especially on a test that has an overall pass rate of better than 80%.
Chill.
