Is it true that you can be denied entry to US if you are a NCLEX-RN passer? Is there a way for the consul to know that you are an NCLEX-RN passer? I just want to visit US again as a tourist but I am afraid that I might get denied entry.. I don't want to waste money if that should happen.. My relatives are telling me that I won't be able to enter the US anymore because I already passed the NCLEX-RN. I don't have SSN so I know I can't work in US. I have no intention of working in US without SSN. Anyone out here with this experience or advice? Please share it to me to enlighten me. Thank you.

The officials have no way of knowing that you passed the NCLEX. Enjoy your visit and make sure you have a return ticket home and funds to spend during your stay. That is the most common questions when traveling to another country.

It does not matter if one passes the exam or not. Many people come as tourists to the US while they are actually being processed for the green card and it is not a problem. Just make sure that you leave the country at the end of your visit and do not overstay your visa.
But remember, that it is still the person at immigration on your arrival at the Port of Entry that makes the final determination.
Enjoy your trip over, as well as the one returning.
