Just doing Kaplan Qs with 3 days of studying left. Their answer rationals are excellent. I wasn't doing all that great at first with these (63-70% right) but am learning all along and hope to gain much from this even with such a short time frame left. Best to all of you!! Looking forward to some good news.

I had 75 questions and I thought I did pretty gud but according to PVT I FAILED:crying2: n i trust PVT..:crying2: but bad thing I Failed:crying2: well I can't change it now but will reschedule again after 45 days i guess...had 2 SATA , 3 med calculation, few diagnostic tests few infection control none lab values:crying2: I prepared lab values a lot but nothing was there:crying2: priority and delegation few thts all I remember...I feel like to cry a lot but can't do it...m so disappointed why is it happened with me:crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2::crying2:

I'm so sad for you. Hard to believe NO lab values were on it . . . would think that was important!

By M/C do you mean meds/calculations? I'm a bit discouraged hearing about this (almost crying myself) and the fact that I'm not getting more right with practice tests. Can I ask how you were doing with your practice tests? Does anyone know if you get feedback on what you got wrong on the test as that would be most helpful I would think. There are many practice questions that I feel I knew the answer to, but actually had it wrong. It is so frustrating; there is a trick to answering correctly and guess you really need to have that strategy down (I do need more work on it).

Hang in there! You just came upon a little setback but you can conquer this! How about if anyone has particular questions or doesn't understand something . . . throw it out there and let's examine it to help each other. I think I'll be so happy just to have this test behind me, whether I pass or fail. It's worth testing and if you need to retest so be it . . . just part of the process.

They do give you feedback on what areas you need to work on, our instructors informed us of that. I am studying Hurst & Rinehart Reviews. Any online review helps- because it breaks everything down for you. :) Good luck next time. There is a reason for everything study hard and get it next time. :)

Took my boards this morning. Got 75 questions, thought about crying when I was leaving.. I did the PVT and got the good pop up but I just don't know.. I guess I can't completely believe it until I see it on my BON. Dang that test was hard.

Nope, I used Saunders, Kaplan strategies, NCLEX 3500 and my school made us do the live evolve review.. I just did about 200 questions a day for 3weeks and read lots of content. My test had a ton of SATA like 3 of the SATA were about questioning meds.. a lot of who would you see first, who would you discharge first, and diabetes
